2012 Jonathan Adler Warehouse Sale

It's that time of year again (and if my calculations are correct), this will have been my 6th consecutive attendance at the Annual Jonathan Adler Warehouse Sale.  I remember one year that the sale was set up in an empty store in SoHo, another was a space in the Meatpacking District,  a shared warehouse with Calypso in Industrial Park, Queens (that was awful), and the most recent two years were at the Bushwick Warehouse.  This time, the sale was at a space rented at 174 Hudson Street, in Tribeca.  Every time I am down in that neighborhood, it gets more and more beautiful, although difficult to get to directly - it was good to have a car this dreary Saturday morning.  The usual suspects were present, lots of plastic picnic tableware, ornaments (great gift ideas), sheet sets, broken ceramic, and tons of throw pillows.  I wasn't really great about snapping pictures, probably because the event always gets my heart in a flutter - I've sure have found some real gems in the past!

If Lefty didn't already have an adorable solution for her food & kitty treats, this would have come home with us - but $85 was still too high, no?  The dog version said, PUPPY UPPERS.  Too cute.

Below are my instagram shots of the goodies I took home this year.  There were lots of furniture at great prices, but nothing that would fit in the loft right now.  Ronnie has a new found love for the Preston Collection in black, and promises to decorate his one-day man cave from head-to-toe with every piece.

The ceramic kitchen canister($5), set of 2 ceramic diffusers($10), and my deal of the day - 2 large leather tote bags($50 each) were my purchases this year.  The interior pockets in these simple bags are just an example of how Jonathan Adler puts a little something special into the everyday ordinary!
